Threaded rod welding

Threaded rod welding is a highly efficient method that ensures a flawless connection of two rods or the fixation of a threaded element to surfaces where drilling is not permitted.

This solution guarantees maximum structural strength by using materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel. In high load conditions, we prefer 8.8 grade bars, which provide excellent durability.

The most important aspects in welding threaded rods:

• Versatile: Ideal for extending or securing rods in places where traditional bolted connections are not technically possible

• Material selection: We widely use carbon steel threaded rods in construction projects, while for corrosion-resistant connections we offer stainless steel (A4) solutions

• Precise welding methods: To ensure maximum weld strength and accuracy, we use professional MIG/MAG or TIG welding

• Alternative solutions: We also offer threaded rod extensions with special union nuts in cases where welding is not required

 

Technical note: Before starting welding work, we thoroughly clean the threaded rods from the zinc coating, thus guaranteeing a perfect and safe weld.
